Who we are

Arthmark Solutions (“Arthmark”, “we”, “us”) is a software studio registered in India. We are responsible for the personal information collected through arthmark.com.

For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].

What we collect

What you send us. When you use a form on this site, we receive your name, your email address and your message. When you email us, we receive your email address and what you write.

When you book a call. Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and any answers you give, and shares them with us.

How you use the site. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your browser and device, your approximate location based on your IP address, and how you move through pages, including clicks and scrolling. Clarity also creates session replays and heatmaps, which reconstruct how pages were used. Our form fields are masked, so what you type is never recorded.

Delivering the site. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, processes technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver pages to you.

Please do not send sensitive information through this site, such as financial account details, health information or government identification numbers.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message and discuss your project.
  • To schedule and hold the calls you book.
  • To prepare proposals and, if we work together, to run the engagement.
  • To understand how the site is used, and to improve it.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that run parts of this site for us, and only for the purposes above.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. The cookies on this site come from:

  • Google Analytics, to tell visits apart and count them.
  • Microsoft Clarity, to connect the pages of a single visit.
  • Calendly, when you use the booking calendar on our contact page.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Other websites

This site links to other websites and services, such as our booking calendar. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.

Do Not Track signals

Some browsers can send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. This site does not currently change how it works in response to these signals. You can still limit analytics with the cookie controls above.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and emails for as long as we need them to reply, to work with you and to keep proper business records. After that, we delete them.

Analytics information is kept for the periods set in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and is then deleted automatically.

Where it is processed

We are based in India, and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on our providers’ standard safeguards.

Keeping it safe

We protect personal information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but if a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to [email protected]. We will confirm that the request comes from you, reply within one business day and complete it within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights.

  • European Economic Area and United Kingdom. You may also object to how we use your information, ask us to restrict it or to move it to another provider, and complain to your local data protection authority.
  • California and other US states. You may ask what personal information we have collected about you, and ask us to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
  • India. You may name someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to, and you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve your concern.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also note it on the site.

Questions and concerns

Write to [email protected] with any question about this policy. If you have a concern about how we handle your information, our Grievance Officer can be reached at the same address; please use the subject line “Privacy”. We will acknowledge your message within one business day and resolve it within 30 days.
