About these terms

This website is operated by Arthmark Solutions, a software studio registered in India (“Arthmark”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Information, not an offer

The site describes our services and how we work. It is general information, not an offer, a quote or a contract. The price, timing and scope of any work are set only in a written agreement signed by both sides. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.

Examples and sample data

The product screens, figures, names and companies shown on this site are examples created to illustrate our work. Unless we say otherwise, they are not real customers, people or data.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, code and other material on this site belong to Arthmark or to those who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, reproduce or reuse its content or design without our written permission.

This section covers the website only. Everything we build for a client belongs to that client under their agreement.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully. You agree not to:

  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.
  • Interfere with how it works, including by overloading it.
  • Copy its content in bulk with automated tools.
  • Send anything unlawful, harmful or misleading through its forms.

What you send us

When you send us a message, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential information until we have agreed terms for it. We handle what you send as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Arthmark is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the site will be decided by the courts of India, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
